MUKUL BHATIA

Photographer & Sustainability Activist
Mukul Bhatia is an award-winning photographer speaker and designer whose work and vision has been lauded by outlets such as Forbes US, and TEDx, The New York Times Fashion, National Geographic TV, and Huffington Post Australia, amongst others.  GQ Magazine described his life and career as, "An important witness to changing India." Mukul started as a photojournalist and travelled broadly across the Indian subcontinent, documenting some of the most riveting stories of the land: from the war in Kashmir to indigenous tribes across India and beyond. His work advocates a fine bridge of sustainability, identity and regenerative craftsmanship across Asia, and has bridged over 3,000 artisans and numerous rare craft techniques with sustainable labels across Singapore, Europe and the Americas. Based between Delhi and Bali, his work provides an alternative narrative to lesser-known worlds and cultures, blending tradition with futurism.
